1. Publisher

This site is published and operated personally, by a natural person, on anon-professional basis. It is not owned by any company, generates no revenue, and currently carries no advertising or affiliate links.

Under article 6 III-2 of the LCEN, a non-professional individual publisher may withhold their name and address from the site provided they have given their identity to their host. That is the case here: the host's details are in section 3, and the host is required to retain that identity and disclose it to the judicial authority on request.

This exemption stops applying as soon as the site is operated professionally — in particular if it introduces advertising, affiliate links or any other revenue. Full publisher identification (legal name, form, registered office, SIREN, VAT) becomes mandatory at that point.

2. Director of publication

The director of publication is the individual who publishes the site, reachable at the address above. Their identity is held by the host under the conditions described in section 1.

4. What this service is

noblablafinance indexes and surfaces regulated publications that their issuers have already made public. The documents themselves are not hosted here: every record links to the official file served by the AMF.

This site provides no investment advice, no investment recommendation, and no order reception or transmission service. It is not an investment service under the French monetary and financial code and holds no authorisation from the Autorité des marchés financiers. The information shown comes from a public source and is reproduced with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. See the terms of use.

5. Data source and licence

The data comes from info-financiere.gouv.fr, published by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), and is reused under the Etalab 2.0 open licence. That reuse is free, including commercially, provided the licensor is named — which every page of this site and every API response does.

Company descriptions come from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA) or Wikidata (CC0); the source is stated on each profile that carries one. The publisher is affiliated with neither the AMF, nor the Wikimedia Foundation, nor any of the issuers listed.

6. Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its visual design and the software behind it belong to the publisher. The regulated documents referenced remain the property of their respective issuers. Trade marks and logos cited belong to their holders and are used for identification only.

7. Reporting a problem

To report an error, request a correction, or notify manifestly unlawful content, write to legal@noblablafinance.fr. Any incorrect data originating from the official source will be corrected at source or removed from the index.

8. Governing law

This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
